Work Package 5: Simulator for evaluating the impact of territorial policies

Overview

Development of a web-based simulator to evaluate the impact of place-based territorial policies on the Homogeneous Local Systems (SLO) identified through the WP3 algorithm.

The simulator will enable:

• Modelling of territorial policy scenarios
• Simulation of impact on accessibility and services
• Evaluation of intervention alternatives
• Support for evidence-based decisions
